		<description>Really depends on the market and how the house turns out.  I think we have to hold it for a year to avoid short term capital gain tax so we probably will move in for a little while and see how we like it... then decide about selling... maybe in the spring or when the market gets a little better.  And we really are not that far along.  The kitchen is still gutted awaiting cabinetry.  Still needs electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting, bathroom renovations, flooring...........  So stay tuned!</description>

She just can&#039;t wait for winter! You seem to be really moving on the house. After all that work, is it easier to live in it - or walk away and sell? How do you decide?</description>
