I think we have to hold it for a year to avoid short term capital gain tax so we probably will move in for a little while and see how we like it... then decide about selling... maybe in the spring or when the market gets a little better. And we really are not that far along. The kitchen is still gutted awaiting cabinetry. Still needs electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting, bathroom renovations, flooring........... So stay tuned! I can't believe the difference one power washer makes. I have a friend who has the same kind of relationship to her snow blower. She just can't wait for winter!
