Power Washing Fun!



Something Liza loves more than taking photos… power washing! For her recent birthday, this Leo received a new power washer and what a difference it is making to the brick courtyard of our rehab house!

So much to spray wash, so little time!!!

    Wow, that is amazing! I can’t believe the difference one power washer makes. I have a friend who has the same kind of relationship to her snow blower. She just can’t wait for winter! You seem to be really moving on the house. After all that work, is it easier to live in it – or walk away and sell? How do you decide?

    Really depends on the market and how the house turns out. I think we have to hold it for a year to avoid short term capital gain tax so we probably will move in for a little while and see how we like it… then decide about selling… maybe in the spring or when the market gets a little better. And we really are not that far along. The kitchen is still gutted awaiting cabinetry. Still needs electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting, bathroom renovations, flooring……….. So stay tuned!
